• Once there’s a potential fit, leveraging our marketing expertise and proven Marketing leadership interview framework, we assess candidate based on the following components:
  • Operational and Situational
  • Role Specific
  • Behavioral
• We present you our qualitative evaluation results
• We regularly communicate with you and the candidate to ensure a successful fit and engagement.

Investment: $2500 + 15% of first year salary
